Personalized services are developed for residents, based on input from the resident's physician, the resident, and family members. Our goal is for residents to remain as independent as possible. Services can be added or changed as necessary, allowing residents to continue to remain at Cedar Creek as their needs change.

Services and amenities include:

• Lovely, new, one-bedroom and studio, private apartments with full bathroom, kitchenette and emergency call system.
• Three nutritious meals served daily in our dining room. Choices of entrée and added snacks, to allow residents to decide what is right for them.
• Routine nursing service including assistance with medication administration and 24-hour on-call registered nurse.
• Specially trained care-giving staff, 24 hours a day, and 7 days per week.
• On-site hair salon and barber services.
• Housekeeping and laundry.
• Social and recreational programs, including outings in our comfortable bus.
• Transportation to scheduled medical appointments.
• Furnished respite suite for short-term stays after a surgery, during an illness, or while a family member is away.
